1.) Crop Your Image 100x100
2.) Duplicate Your Image set the duplicate to screen 100%
3.) Add a new Raster/fill layer and fill it with #040302 Set it to soft light 60%.
4.) Add a new Raster/fill layer and fill it with #e15dc7 Set it to Screen 32%. 
5.) Add a new Raster/fill layer and fill it with #fff7d3 Set it to Mulitply 100%.
